Delete your MakeReady data

Use this form to ask for the deletion of your MakeReady account and the personal data linked to it. It applies to the website, the API and the MakeReady tablet app. What is deleted and what is kept is explained below and in the privacy policy.

What should be deleted? My account: sign-in, profile, club memberships and devices. My match results stay, without the link to my account. My account and my name in match results: my registrations are anonymised (the scores stay, so the rankings of the other competitors do not change).

What happens next

1. If the address belongs to an account, we send it an e-mail with a confirmation link (valid for 48 hours), so nobody can delete someone else's account.
2. We handle the request within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
3. Deleted: your name, e-mail address and password, sign-ins and tablet tokens, club memberships, and the link between your account and your registrations. With the second option your name and club are also removed from the registrations.
4. Kept: the scores of matches you took part in (they belong to the results of all competitors), anonymised; and an internal log entry that the request was received and handled, as required by law.

On a tablet, signing out and uninstalling the MakeReady app removes everything stored on that tablet. You can also send your request by e-mail to privacy@makeready.be from the address of your account.
